All site content is the property of DhatuScrap or its licensors. Information you submit (forms, uploads) grants us a limited license to use it solely to process your inquiry or provide requested services, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may link to WhatsApp, payment gateways, logistics trackers, or other third-party tools. Their content and practices are outside our control.

12) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use are governed by Indian law. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction.

Commercial Terms of Sale & Service
These govern quotations, orders, delivery, cutting/fabrication, weights, transport, taxes, returns, and liability for commercial transactions with DhatuScrap.

- Risk transfers on delivery at the customer site.
- Custom cut/fabricated goods are non-returnable.
- Report issues within 48 hours of delivery with photos and weighbridge slip.
1) Definitions
“Quote”, “Order Confirmation”, “Verified Net Weight”, “Custom Cut”, “Delivery”, “Weighbridge”, “MTC”, and “Tolerance” have their customary commercial meanings in the metals trade.
2) Quotations & Orders
Quotes are valid for 60 minutes unless otherwise stated. An order becomes binding when we issue an Order Confirmation or dispatch the goods.
3) Pricing, Taxes & Payment
Prices exclude GST and freight unless specified. GST is payable as per law. Payment terms (advance/credit) are as stated on the Order Confirmation; gateway charges, if any, are borne as stated therein.
4) Weights, Measurement & Quality
Invoices are raised on Verified Net Weight obtained from certified weighbridges; the weighbridge slip accompanies dispatch. Where available, mill test certificates (MTC) or IS/BIS references are provided for applicable grades.
5) Cutting / Fabrication Services
Materials cut, bent, sheared, or otherwise fabricated as per buyer requirements. In case of any error please connect with our team which are ubject to approval and condition check.
6) Delivery, Risk & Unloading
We target dispatch within 72 hours, subject to availability and logistics constraints. Risk transfers on delivery at the customer site. Unloading and site readiness are the Buyer’s responsibility. Detention and failed-delivery charges may apply where applicable.
7) Inspection, Shortage & Damage
Inspect goods at delivery. Note shortage or damage on the LR/PoD and notify us within 48 hours with photographs and weighbridge proof. Minor variances consistent with trade tolerances do not constitute shortage.
8) Returns & Cancellations
Only standard, unopened materials are eligible for return, subject to our approval and condition check. Cancellations before cutting are subject to acceptance and applicable charges.
9) Compliance & Scrap Transactions
Sellers of scrap warrant lawful ownership and compliance with environmental and hazardous materials regulations. KYC and documentation may be required.
10) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including supply disruptions, strikes, transport bans, or government orders.
11) Warranty & Remedies
Except as expressly stated, goods are supplied “as is” and remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. Liability is capped at the invoice value of affected goods.
12) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Commercial Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India have jurisdiction. Parties may agree to arbitration for specific disputes by written agreement.
13) Notices & Communications
